Hosted Option - Customer Hardware & Software

Customer systems can be desktops or laptops or other devices that run a Microsoft Windows Operating System.  The following tables list the minimum software and hardware requirements for the customer system to ensure maximum performance.  Please contact an Interneer expert for additional details regarding the system specifications.

	Minimum Desktop Customer Requirements Processor: Pentium IV processor or better OS: Windows 2000 or XP Professional Memory: 512MB RAM or better Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or 7, with Flash Network: 100 Mbps Ethernet Connectivity or broadband Internet access (Cable Modem, DSL, etc.)

Licensed Installed Option – Customer Server Hardware & Software

Implementations supporting less than 25 users can usually operate on a single system to host the Database and Web Servers. For larger implementations or larger databases we recommend separate servers.  Please contact an Interneer expert for additional details regarding the servers specifications not listed below.

	Minimum Web Server Requirements Description Recommended Processor: Intel® Xeon™ Processor 2.8GHz Memory: 2GB RAM System Drive: 100GB OS: Windows 2003 Server Web Server: Internet Information Services (IIS) with MS .Net Framework Browser: MS Internet Explorer 6 or 7 Additional Software: MS Office, MS Project Network: 100 Mbps Ethernet Card CD ROM: Required Backup system: Required UPS system: Required

Load balancing: Additional web and database servers may be needed to the infrastructure to increase performance and scalability. With multiple servers, an extra computer is needed to delegate the load. If a server fails, the load-balancing machines can redistribute the load without any downtime.
