Our leadership team is formed of some of the most experienced and creative minds around. Each executive has extensive knowledge in their area of specialty, is highly dedicated and has a great passion to the continued growth of Interneer. In addition, Interneer boasts a committed and experienced board of directors from various industries including business process consulting, software, engineering and professional services among many others.
Executive Management Team
Michael Edell, CEO
Michael Edell is responsible for strategic planning and investment policies at Interneer. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of GroundWork Equity, LLC., responsible for the firm's strategic planning and investment policies and is also involved with all portfolio companies, providing corporate growth and development leadership.
Michael is also the founder of Warehouse Auction Centers, Inc., (WAC), a privately held online e-commerce site for collectible items. In addition, Michael is the General Partner of Warp Nine Partners, LLC, a real estate partnership which owns and operates several commercial properties in the Ventura County and Los Angeles areas.
Michael also serves on the board of PeopleSupport, a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) provider since 2002 and Altametrics Inc. (privately held), a leading provider of hosted enterprise solutions to the restaurant industry in addition to the advisory boards of numerous other high technology companies.
From September 1983 to February 2003, Michael was the President and Chief Executive Officer of eLabor.com, a privately held technology company that developed workforce management software both as licensed and hosted solutions. He spun off the project management division of eLabor which was acquired by Microsoft Corporation in 2002 and then sold the company to ADP in 2003.
Romeo Elias, Founder & COO
Romeo co-founded Interneer and oversaw its growth from concept through reality. He is responsible for all operations at Interneer, product development and implementation, business development and overall growth.
Prior to Interneer, Romeo was project manager at Synerdyne Corporation, an OEM product design, development and manufacturing company in the hand held consumer electronics market. He oversaw all engineering aspects of the development of various consumer electronic products from initial concept through manufacturing. Romeo also founded WWWID LLC, an early web development consultancy focused on helping small businesses create a web presence. During his tenure, Romeo honed his skills in web technologies for numerous companies.
He received an M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from UCLA, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCSD.
